Do you feel tense? Have you been stressed lately but life seems to be going ok? We hold unconscious patterns of tension in the mind and the body from the stressors of everyday life and our past. This 2 hour restorative yoga practice will give ample time and space for the deep holding patterns of the mind and the body to let go. Indulge in quiet and surrender as your body is held in open postures by props. This effortless practice will allow you to release what needs letting go without any striving. You will then be able to move into deep relaxation and restoration from the inside out.
