Join yoga therapist Kate Moyer at her studio for an hour and 15 min. session of deep relaxation on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9 a.m.
(after you sign up you will get an e-mail with directions to the studio located in Cool Springs)
The practice will include:
Gentle stretching to release tension from the body
Restorative yoga to balance the nervous system
Aromatherapy to promote relaxation
Guided savasana meditation to restore the mind and the body
Limited to 5 people. First come first served. Must have at least 2 people to hold class.
No refunds as space is limited, unless class is cancelled because of lack of participation. Then, you will receive a refund or a credit to a future class.
