This class was created to help you get rid of stress and tension, to invite relaxation, and to offer yourself the gift of calm. Allow yourself to stay calm amidst the business of life as we prepare for the holiday season.

No need to change clothes if you're coming on your lunch break. We will do gentle stretches seated in a chair to release tension from the body; focusing on the neck, shoulders, and spine. For ALL levels and bodies. We'll also spend time breathing to bring the mind and body back into balance. The session will end with a guided meditation and a theme that you can carry with you into the rest of your day.  

Class will be 45 min. at 12 p.m. on Nov. 25th

The practice will be held at my private studio in Cool Springs. You will receive the exact address after you book your spot.
